Shipments and returns

Shipment:

Orders are generally despatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or courier. Please note Saturday is not a working day. If you prefer delivery by another means e.g next day, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. If there is a delay we shall inform you by Email or telephone.

Your bows will be despatched in a specially designed cardboard box, in which you will be able to store your bows for many years to come.

Orders outside the UK will be charged postage by weight. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Returns:

If you are not happy with any product, simply Email us and return it, complete and in perfect condition, within 14 days for a full refund (excluding postage), enclosing a note stating the reason for return. Please ensure you get proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
